Improving the management of expenses has been a priority for us in the past few weeks. After all, it's one of the key features of Mbrella. These are the new things you're able to do now:

1. Date filters 📅

Select just the period you want to review. We also filtered out all upcoming expenses so you no longer need to scroll down to reach the expenses you want to review

2. Edit and delete approved or refused expenses 📝

This one has been long requested. As long as an expense is not yet sent to the payroll, you'll still be able to edit or delete it. Even if you already approved it. Useful to correct a mistake or change an expense from pro to private

3. Have employees complete any missing info❓

Did you refuse an expense because something needed clarification? Your employee can now edit the expense, complete any missing info and then you'll be able to review it again

4. Indicate reimbursements 💶

Some expenses require a cash reimbursement of your employee (housing,...). Others don't (leasing, usage fees,...). Indicate it now on the details of an expense

5. View and create recurring expenses 🔄

Create recurring expenses for leasing and fuel invoices. Follow them up in a single overview

6. Deduct mobility usage fees from an employee's budget 🧾

Mobility usage fees (like the monthly Mbrella price, or the price of any of our mobility partners) can now be deducted from your employees' budget. Use the 'Usage fee' category for this when creating an expense

7. Create bulk expenses✖️

Multiple employees need the same expense? You no longer need to create the same expense for each employee. Bulk expenses help you out.

8. Update your company info 🏢

Things change. So do company addresses and billing info. Indicate changes directly in your company settings

9. Manage your kilometer allowances 🚲

Add or remove employees who benefit from your kilometer allowances. A dashboard shows you the usage of these allowances
