What happens if an employee leaves the company and had active public transport subscriptions in Mbrella?

Then you might encounter the scenario of an employee leaving the company while still having an active subscription through Mbrella and the Third Party payer system.

What will happen in this case?

1. The subscription will be deactivated by Mbrella
2. You will receive a partial reimbursement linked to the remaining duration of the subscription

When a subscription is bought by an employee, an expense is created in his Mbrella profile to deduct it from his potential budget.
If he leaves the company, this expense WON'T be edited!
