How can I use the flex mobility budget?

The flex budget can be used in multiple ways. The budget can be a reward for the employees that didn't drive many kilometers last year. It can be a budget that the employee can use for his/her commuting expenses. The flex budget can even be used to handle the mobility part of your flex income plan (cafetariaplan).

What is the business mobility budget?

When your employees hit the road to a customer or to an event, they often have mobility-related expenses like parking, public transport, electric steps,.... These professional expenses can be reimbursed via a business budget.

No, employees can still use the pass, but will be charged through their credit card (instead of the employer being billed)

What is Smart Charging?

Smart charging uses real-time data to automate the charging process. Based on your personal preferences the system will adapt the charging of your EV based on electricity prices & grid demand. The smart charger starts and stops charging at the best times, saving you money by charging when rates are lowest.

As an employee, how can I charge when there is no space for a home charging station?

A smart cable can be an option. A few things need to be taken into account:

  • The cable needs to be compatible with the platform used. Make sure the cable can use the Open Chargerpoint Protocol (OCPP) to communicate to your platform. The OCPP is the standardised and open language that charging stations use to communicate with the management system;
  • The driver should know how to use it safely (no extension cords, not a long distance from the circuit board, ...);
  • It's recommended to install a 400V CEE connection if there is a need for frequent charging.
