Mobility Budget Policy Template (100% compliant)
Under the Belgian Law of 17 March 2019, every company offering a mobility budget must formalise it in a written policy and an individual employment contract annex before employees can use it. This template reviewed by experts, fully compliant with Belgian legislation, gives you everything you need and is ready to implement.
What's included:
- ✅ Legal mobility budget policy (eligibility conditions, the three-pillar structure, procedures, rules and descriptions as required by law)
- ✅ Annex to the employment contract (scope, duration, conditions, and full details of the individual mobility budget arrangement)
- ✅ Declaration on honour for pillar 2 housing costs (required when an employee allocates part of their budget to mortgage capital repayment or rent)
Pricing: On demand

Why this is legally required?
The employer must have provided at least one company car for at least 36 months, and the employee must have been eligible for one. The budget itself must equal at least the total cost of the replaced company car and must be documented in writing. Without it, you're exposed to ONSS/RSZ scrutiny and potential reclassification of the budget as taxable remuneration.
