The Belgian government has increased the upper limit of the car allowance for professional trips to 0,4170 € per km. This change is applicable as of July 1, 2022.

Select the days you came to work and your mode of transport. Everything else is automatically pre-filled. Directly see the amount you will get reimbursed.

Going to the office on the same days? Plan a recurring commute, so you don't have to log every commute individually. Big time saver for employees.

Integrated with your payroll

Allowances are automatically created for every commuting trip. They'll be added to your payroll, with the right pay codes and amounts.

A classic end-of-year request is to download a list of all mobility budgets in your company. Useful for reporting or tracking promotions. Want to compare budgets to last year? Select another year. Easy.

1 January 2022 marks the date: the new and improved legal mobility budget made its entry. It became much more attractive and a little less complex!

We summed up the main changes for you.

• No more waiting times for employees! 🥳 This is a big one. This means that employees entitled to a company car are now eligible to immediately benefit from the mobility budget.
• Housing costs: the radius around the workplace for deducting housing costs is increased from 5 km to 10 km for all employees!
• Housing costs: homeowners can now deduct the monthly interest AND capital repayments on their loans from their budget.
