Need to have your business expenses treated via accounting instead of payroll?

Now, you can upload a bunch of cost centers onto our platform. Employees can then select the relevant cost center when submitting their business expenses, making it a breeze for your accounting team to invoice the right client.

👉 Import cost centers via Settings > Cost Centers. Or use our Public API to sync cost centers between your accounting software and Mbrella. Available in our Scale and Enterprise plans.

We've all heard it - working from home is the new normal, and flexibility is key. That's why we're excited to announce the launch of TEC's Multi-Ride Passes on Mbrella. A welcome addition to the 1- or 12-month TEC subscriptions.

With 3 different pass options to choose from, you can select the one that suits your needs best. Take the Multi 4 Express for 4 trips of 150 minutes on all TEC routes, Multi 6 Horizon for 6 trips of 90 minutes on any route (except Express), or Multi 8 Next for 8 trips of 1 hour within 2 TEC zones. Plus, once you activate your pass, it's valid for a whopping 18 months! 📆

Just like for any other TEC subscription, your employees will need to order a MOBIB card before they can order a pass.

When it comes to mobility budgets, it can be a real hassle to keep track of all the updates. That’s because the legal mobility budget is by law a yearly budget.

With our newest feature, HR admins can now set different budgets for different periods. Making it easy to manage employee promotions throughout the year.

For example, give your employee a mobility budget of € 500 from January 1 till June 30 and a budget of € 600 after July 1. Budgets are also automatically re-calculated for employees who switch from one user group to another.

Managing employee budgets and benefits for more than 20 employees can take a bit of time. Junior employees generally have different rights than more senior ones. And that needs to be reflected in Mbrella.

With our newly launched User Groups feature, you can put people with the same rights all in one neat little group.

• Say goodbye to manually assigning budgets and benefits to each employee one by one. Now you can manage budgets and benefits for groups of employees at the same time, in bulk.
• Updates made to a group budget or benefit will be automatically applied to everyone in the group, saving you time and effort.
• Design a mobility plan that is tailored to your employees' specific needs.

That's why we've made it easy for you to download monthly debit notes directly from Mbrella.

Head over to the Cards > Debit notes section in your Mbrella account to access your debit notes and keep your accounting records up-to-date.

Keep a close eye on your Mbrella Pay wallet balance with our new feature.

See how much money is left on your balance and avoid running out of funds unexpectedly.

We'll also send you an email when your balance is getting low, so you can easily top up and have your employees keep making purchases with ease.

We know how frustrating it can be to forget about activating your card only to have your purchases declined. That's why we've improved our Mbrella Pay card order and activation process.

Employees will now receive email reminders to activate their card and track the delivery status in Mbrella. You'll always know when to expect your card, so you can start making purchases right away.

We’ve added a new feature for our SD Worx customers who offer the ‘sociaal abonnement/abonnement social’ for employee commuting. You can now use Mbrella to reimburse your employees for using their private car or scooter to come to work. 🛵

Say goodbye to giving fixed amounts per month, and hello to fairer reimbursement based on the actual days your employees travel. 💰

Your employees will register their car trips in our Commute Planner and the number of days they commuted with their private car will be calculated automatically.

You’ll receive a file with this information, which you can send to your SD Worx client advisor. They'll import it into your payroll tool and calculate the correct amounts.⚡️
