We've been busy bees here at Mbrella, and we're thrilled to announce all the new features we've built for you this October.

• Address change email reminders: Never forget to update your trips again after an address change! Our platform now sends you an email reminder, so you can keep your Commute Planner trips and public transport subscriptions up to date.
• File size warnings: No more frustration over attachments that are too big to upload. Mbrella now gives you a warning message when you try to upload a file that's larger than 11 MB.
• HR partner consulting packs: Need advice on your mobility program? Head to the Tools & Resources section and order a consulting pack from our HR partners.
• Improved km allowance details: Get more information when you download your km allowances. You can now see the exported_on date and filter on distances or who created the allowance.
• Better employee overview: We've made improvements to your employees overview, cutting out some noise to give you a clearer picture of your mobility plan.
• Simplified subscription flows: We've added clarifications to some flows where employees order public transport subscriptions, making it even easier to manage.
• UI improvements: Our team has made a bunch of UI improvements, including clearer confirmation messages and a cleaner header, giving you more space to focus on what matters.

Import your employees and their data from SD Worx to Mbrella, in seconds. A continuous sync keeps everything in check. One of your employees leaves the company? They get automatically offboarded on Mbrella.

🔗 Send your payroll data to SDWorx with 1 click (coming soon)

Yes, 1 click. And boom... all your Mbrella payroll data appears in SD Worx. Easy and quick payrolling.

🤩 I'm sold. How do I set it up?

• Already using Mbrella? Then head over to your Mbrella Settings > Connect and click on SD Worx.
• Not yet using Mbrella? Then head over to your SD Worx portal > Marketplace and click on Mbrella.

Live and work in the same city? Activate City Passes for your employees on Mbrella. A City Pass lets you travel unlimited in the city of your choice with SNCB and bus/tram. Available in Antwerp, Ghent, Charleroi and Liège for durations of 1 month or 12 months.

Activate City Passes in your Mobility Hub > SNCB > Activated products.

You can now add new admins by promoting an existing user or by creating a new one from scratch. Perfect to delegate tasks to a sidekick or ensure continuity when you're absent.

Whether you like to keep a close eye on what you spend each month, or simply want a quick overview of your total expenses throughout the year, the 3 pillars breakdown shows how you spend across the 3 pillars.

Pillar 3 provides you with the cash (after taxes) you'll receive at the end of the year. Sweet!
