KM allowance amounts get frequently indexed (e.g. from €0,27/km to €0,35/km in 2024). To make sure that your employees still get reimbursed for the correct amount in the correct period, HR admins can now set amounts for certain periods.
How do you do this?
- Go to the Mobility Hub and click on the allowance of your choice
- Click on 'Edit' next to the Settings
- Add the period of your choice by clicking on 'Add different amount for another period'
