What is the Flex mobility budget? ☝️
The Flex mobility budget gives mobility freedom to your employees. Give your employees a monthly budget they can spend on public transport, parking, electric steps, shared bikes... instead of limiting their options to only train for instance. The flex mobility budget differs from the legal mobility budget, which is tax-free but has strict conditions.

It's the ideal alternative for companies that don't meet the strict conditions of the Legal mobility budget or who want to reward their employees with a sustainable perk.
What can I spend the Flex mobility budget on? 💸
Everything sustainable mobility related. Up to you if you limit certain expenses.
Keep in mind the following rules:
- Commute (Home-Office) expenses for parking, bike and public transport are tax and RSZ free. Company bikes & public transport subscriptions used for commuting are also tax and RSZ free when used for private matters.
- Commute expenses for other mobility services are not tax free, this can influence personal tax income (employee) & company tax (employer). But are RSZ free.
- Private Mobility Expenses are not tax free and are not RSZ free (13,07% employee contribution and 28% employer contribution). These expenses are handled like it is gross wage.
